Serfocile Ser•foc•il•e (sÄr'fôk'il'Ä) Culture The Serfocile are predominantly traders. Their intentions are always stated as being peaceful and are often the first to call for some kind of arbitration when a dispute arises. Their culture is based on collecting. Most notably, the Serfocile collect languages. They value nonviolent solutions, often involving trade sanctions against those who are believed to be in the wrong. Theoretically, the Serfocile have weaponry, but their ships are not equipped with anything more than point defense systems. Serfocile often hire the Wolfadon as guards when moving through dangerous territory. |

AN: sorry for the delay on this... And sorry in advance if there's any really poorly written parts in this chapter. I've been sick all week and lucky to have gotten anything done at all. Also, if you missed a chapter, you can hop back into Episodes to read what you missed. ** CHAPTER 6 Rathios sat on her bed, staring at the far wall feeling entrapped. While the stranger living with her didn’t make messes, and prepared amazing food, he was still a stranger and thus not to be trusted. Only last week, Rathios had been able to wander around her quarters in her underwear. Now that he had seen it... washed it... she felt embarrassed to even wear it; even though the pink ones with the bow made her feel pretty. “I used to be able to do anything I wanted here. Now I can’t. What if he sees? What then?” |

AN: This, being the 5th chapter is thus not the first, nor the fourth chapter of this story. As such, if thou dost not know what has transpired previous to this chapter, it would be wise if thou didst look in the Episodes section which wouldst be found on the left-hand side of the screen. Ghost Talent: Chapter 5 The smell of something cooking hit her as she entered her apartment. Rathios staggered to a stop, swallowing hard. She hadn’t eaten all day, which wasn’t anything new, but Rameeds’s attack had left her paranoid. He had not succeeded, but that only made him more dangerous. “Should have killed him,” she told herself for the millionth time. “I will next time.” Continuing forward, Rathios stepped into the kitchen and found her slave at the stove. His face looked worse, but he seemed to be getting along well enough with his new station in life. He looked at her and stated, “Five minutes.” |
